Think of me as a personal trainer for your heart, soul and mind...!
In the same way you might hire a personal trainer to keep you on track with your physical exercise and weight loss goals - having a meditation coach is a great way to help you stay on track with your meditation practice.
They call it a practice for a reason! I know better than most how hard it is to find the time for oneself and a daily practice when there are a hundred and one other shiny things vying for attention - whether that's working in a stressed out corporate environment or the every day demands of family and friends.
But! as the old saying goes...If you don't have time to sit in meditation for one hour a day, sit for two hours !
Wait ...come back - don't panic!
We won't start by meditating for two hours together ;)
We'll meet via skype or zoom and together we'll set an intention for the practice and the journey we embark on.
Delving deep into the teachings of the spiritual heart a typical session involves an introduction to a meditation technique followed by a practice of the technique and a guided meditation. There will be time for a general discussion and an opportunity for you to ask any questions at the end. We'll shape the session based on your own individual experience and your interests. For example we can focus on learning tools to help reduce stress and anxiety in a challenging workplace, work with techniques to help increase self love and release pain or delve more deeply into the spiritual teachings that underpin the practices. It's up to you.
In the same way that meditation retreats accelerate our progress by allowing us to "tap into" the group energy that is being held in the room, meditating together will allow you to attune to the gentle transmission of healing heart energy that comes from me as a teacher thereby accelerating and strengthening your own practice as well as creating the container for deeper meditative states to be accessed.
I'll create and hold a compassionate and safe space for you as we go on this journey together.
